TANDEM is almost always looking for new instructors to join our growing team of teachers.

What We Require

Because of our focus on teaching business languages, the following minimum requirements apply before we can consider hiring you:

• You must have a university degree
• You must hold teaching & language proficiency certification or equivalent
• You must have a positive and enthusiastic attitude

In most cases we also look for previous teaching experience and/or practical experience working in a business environment.

Initially we can typically offer part time employment, however with time it is possible to build a full time schedule with us.

We encourage our teachers to work toward obtaining a Živnostenský list (Czech business license) and can offer you support and assistance through the process.
